These were actually a nice touch, 'stained glass' windows at two metre intervals in the walls! Some kind soul had stacked them up in an effort to knick them, but had clearly been interrupted*.

I re-assembled one for this shot.

*Glass and lead in these windows are both fake... That must have came as a blow when they attempted to sell 'em at the scrappies! Actually, the only river that's flowing right now is in the kitchens... Scrappers have been in for the boilers - and by the looks of it they even stole the stop-cock for the water!!
